提交申请并核实后，我们将删除您的账号及全部相关数据，包括：账号信息（邮箱/手机号、昵称、密码）、 出生档案、推算与合缘记录、功德与签到记录、供养记录、客服对话记录。 与支付机构（PayPal / Airwallex）的交易凭证按其政策及法律要求由支付机构保留。
Upon a verified request we delete your account and all associated data: account info (email/phone, nickname, password), birth profile, reading records, merit & check-in history, offering records, and support chats. Payment transaction records are retained by the payment processors (PayPal / Airwallex) as required by law.
我们将在收到申请后 15 个工作日内完成删除，删除后不可恢复。
Deletion is completed within 15 business days of your request and cannot be undone.
